Alcoholics Anonymous- Information, groups and meetings throughout Oregon.
Cascadia- Dual diagnosis intensive & non-intensive outpatient services. DUII, gambling, age-specific and gender-specific treatment available.
Center for Family and Adolescent Research- Free drug treatment for adolescents and their families. The project provides intensive help to parents who want treatment for their child ages 15-20.
Central City Concern- serves Portland’s homeless and low-income individuals who are in need of basic care. Compassion, innovation and tenacity frame CCC’s health and recovery services for individuals and families. These programs are frequently integrated with housing and other supportive services.
DePaul Treatment Center- Various locations throughout the Portland Metro area. Outpatient drug & alcohol treatment for adults and youth. Inpatient component (3-6 months), DUII.
Lifeworks NW - Customized individual and group programs help youth and families, adults and older adults deal with addictions from alcohol and gambling to medications and beyond—working to regain a balance.
Assistance League of Portland - Serves children who qualify for free/reduced lunch. Serves PPS children K-12, September-June.
Mt. Hood Community College Dental Hygiene Clinic - Under $30 for most services. Limited basis. No emergencies.
Multnomah County Dental Access Program - Referral for urgent and emergency dental appointments for uninsured clients.
OHSU School of Dentistry- Provides low-cost general dentistry: fillings, and emergency care.
Coalition of Community Health Clinics- Medical clinics that provide free or low-cost health care to the uninsured.
Family Health Insurance Assistance Program- For those who do not qualify for OHP. 70-95% subsidy for private insurance. Can not be on or eligible for Medicare.
Outside In Medical Clinic - Walk-in services for ages 30 and under.
Planned Parenthood - Reproductive health care, HIV/AIDS testing, STD testing. Free/sliding scale.

Morrison Child and Family Services - Various programs and services provided throughout the Metro area that provide mental health services for youth.
Outside In Medical Clinic - Walk-in mental health services.
Portland State University Community Counseling Clinic - provides low cost individual, couple and family counseling. It is located on the 5th floor of Education Hall and is open by appointment on both day and evening schedules. The clinic seeks clients who are able to come on a weekly basis, at the same time, for up to ten weeks. The Clinic does not offer medication services or help during a mental health crisis. The cost is $15 per session.
