The
Graffiti Removal Program works to maintain community livability by preventing
and removing graffiti in our community. Reporting graffiti vandalism is
an easy and important way for you to keep your neighborhood clean and
safe. YEI's Graffiti Removal Program offers
information on graffiti clean up, free community presentations, graffiti
removal kits and removal and abatement services. The
Graffiti Removal Program works closely with Portland Police to track graffiti
incidents and if needed, help building owners clean up their property. Youth
crews maintain a record of all graffiti removed in a database that is
accessed by police when prosecuting vandals. To
report graffiti in your neighborhood, please call Marcia Dennis at the City
of Portland Office of Neighborhood Involvement at the following number: 503.823.5860. Please include the following information: ·
Address (If there is no address, be as specific as
you can.) ·
Building/ Business Name ·
Location of graffiti on building: i.e. north or west
facing, 1st floor or above. To remove graffiti on private property, we need the
permission of the property owner. Click
